Perazim bed and breakfast offers a continental breakfast, has coffee & tea facilities in each room. There are three en suite bedrooms, salt chlorinated swimming pool, off road parking, large lounge, dining room and kitchen for guests use, out door BBQ facilities, pristine lagoon ten minutes walk away.

Although situated in a quiet area, we are in walking distance to the main shopping centre & banks.

We are in the middle of the fynbos region so can rightly boast of some of the most beautiful Proteas en masse. Can you imagine what type of bird life comes with all this?

We are also part of the 'whale watching capital'. These giant creatures of the deep are often seen frolicking off our shores. They are often spotted from some of the restaurants of our own 'Waterfront'.

The lagoon has a unique attraction in the form of free roaming feral horses. They have the ability to graze on the under water plants while their mouths are submerged! No one really knows from where they originate but it is truly an experience to paddle up close & just watch them.

At the other end of Kleinmond we have the Palmiet River which has become a popular fresh water swimming site. It flows into it's own lagoon where people can swim in safety.

The more adventurous jump into the river from various high rocks while the 'odd' person, (mainly local) jump from the bridge.

Kleinmond beach has, yet again, been awarded Blue Flag status. There are stringent requirements that need to be attained in order to achieve this prestigious award. Things like life guards, cleanliness of beach, ph level of the lagoon etc.

Not far from Kleinmond, we have Stony Point, which is a penguin colony. Also a 'must' to see & hear.

Maybe last, but no means least, is the world renowned Arabella golf estate where the Nelson Mandela Tournament is played out in November. This is a genuine 11 km from us.
